What do I do if I have changed my email?
You should log in with the email you are registered with and click on update your profile, changing your email address, you will then receive a confirmation of the change by email to your new email address.
I have a shared household email; can we all take part in surveys?
Everyone who becomes a member requires his/her own email address to register. So each can complete a survey and either collect reward points or participate in prize draws with their individual entry account.

Prize draws are processed when the survey is closed. The winners will be normally notified by email and if permitted the winner will also be announced on our website. All prize draws are carried out using a random number electronic system.

If you wish to change your Petspanel Profile information, you can do so at any time by using your ID and password. If you have forgotten your password, you
can request a reminder by clicking Forgotten your password. Your Petspanel account can be deleted or deactivated at any time by accessing your account.
Explicit Material
Posting or even linking to sexually explicit remarks or any type of pornographic images is STRICTLY PROHIBITED. Offenders may be subject to account suspension.
Copyright Material
Discussion of copying, sharing or distribution of copyrighted material is forbidden. This includes such things as information, articles, CDs, music files, movie files, DVDs. Linking to sites that promote or host illegal copies of copyrighted software is also forbidden. Any such posts/threads will be removed, with a warning sent to the originator. Subsequent breaches of this rule may end up with posting privileges being removed.
Respect
This is a site which enjoys the company of members from all over the world. While healthy debate is encouraged, please have the courtesy to respect the views of others. Please do not use obscene or offensive language, or engage in personal attacks or "flaming" of other members. This will not be tolerated and Pet Forums staff will be entitled to suspend users accounts.
Private Messaging
Private messages are private, hence the name. Please respect the privacy of other members, do not post a PM in public without their permission. You have the right to report a PM to a forum Administrator if you feel you are being harassed by another member via the Private Messaging system.
Account Suspension
Under normal situations, where a User is thought to have broken any rules on these pages, a warning will be issued to the offender. A Second warning for the same offence will not be issued - a possible account suspension will be enforced, at the discretion of the Admin team.
Any offence, serious enough to be viewed as Gross misconduct, e.g., racism, slander, harassment, attempted hacking etc. will result in an instant IP ban with no prior warnings given.
Account Removal
If you wish to be removed from the forum and your account deleted, please email or pm a moderator or the administrator. They will delete you account from our database. Any posts which you have created will be set to 'Guest' so they are anonnymous. Your posts will NOT be deleted.
Disputes and Concerns
If any member has an issue or problem with any member of the forum, moderator, staff or forum policy, then please contact the forum administrator using the 'Contact Us' link at the top and bottom of any page on the forum. Any dispute posted on the forum will be removed as soon as it is seen my a member of staff. Disputes or concerns are often easily resolved, yet have the tendency to go out of control on the forum and do not portray a welcoming face to new and other existing members alike.
